Crab 2

The station for martial arts and crossfit “Crab 2” is a multi-complex for functional training of all muscle groups and practicing techniques in various types of power martial arts. The design of the simulator consists of interconnected nodes designed for training and development of different muscle groups, working out grips, techniques and strikes.

The main advantage of the simulator is its high concentration of functional elements, which allows 12 athletes to train simultaneously. The package “Crab 2” includes: wrestling dummy with adjustable rubber strength “Fighter”, sleeve-rope “stranglehold”, punching bag, rope climbing, grip training “Potholders”, T-shaped rod, the exerciser for forearm – rotation arm with the lifting, horizontal bar for exercise with the release of the rise of a coup, the output power, a platform for Steve, height-adjustable parallel bars.
